Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,

Notice of Special General Meeting (SGM)

Pursuant to section 10.1 of the USMAA, Inc. Constitution, please note that a Special General Meeting will be held to elect a new Management Committee and fill vacancies in all Sub-Committees.

Date : 25^th August 2019

Time : 3.00pm

Venue : Hughesdale Community Hall, 160 Poath Road Hughesdale VIC 3166

All nominations are to be submitted to the Secretary / Returning Officer by 9pm 22^nd August 2019. Please email all completed nominations to secretary@usmaa.org.au by the above date.

We request all members to attend the SGM to ensure the continued success of USMAA.
